“Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things to I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains. Let them give glory unto the LORD, and declare his praise in the islands.”
Blessed be the word of the LORD,
I love God because,
He loves me
I need Him
He loves me
I am nothing
He loves me
I am of sin
He loves me
I was lost
He found me
I was broken
He healed me
I was without hope
He sent His Son
I was guilty of sin
He sent His Son
Now I am free
He loved me first
I ignored Him
I went astray
I felt His call
He still loves me
I gave my heart
He sent His Spirit
I was lost
Because of His Son
Now I know
That He loves me
What a tremendous truth – our loving God values us so much that He sent His son Jesus Christ to take the penalty of our sin. Consider, from the moment we are born, our inherent sinful nature condemns us to death. Sin may simply be defined as any action or thought that goes against the laws and commandments of God. Because Adam and Eve sinned against God in the Garden of Eden, they have passed along the curse of death and sin through their descendants. Because of our natural carnal nature we are condemned to death from birth. However by accepting the love of God for what it is, a tremendous and remarkable gift, we may be reconciled to God, through our Saviour Jesus Christ. You must clearly understand, that while God loves the sinner, He hates the sin. In order for us to be accepted by Him, we first must address the sin problem, through the acceptance of Jesus as our saviour and repenting of our sins.
It is a truth of scripture that while God loves us completely, He will not force us to love Him, because that would be a kind of rape. No, He loves us so much that He has granted us free choice about seeking after Him freely. He loves you but hates your sin. He loves me but hates my sin. After choosing to accept His free offer of salvation, the penalty of my sins was deemed paid in full due to the sacrifice of Jesus at Calvary. Am I now free to sin? No!! Upon true conversion and receipt of the Holy Spirt, our carnal nature is replaced little by little over time, with a new spiritual nature. Looking back at my old life, I hate what I was then, and loathe the things once deemed good. There was repentance, and a change in direction away from death and towards life.
You have the same option available to you, offered freely with no strings attached. Will you leave the darkness behind and enter into the light? Will you abandon the lies of this world and freely accept the truth? This world has been declared terminal and destined for destruction and renewal. The plan of God cannot and shall not be altered, the course has been set and the stage readied. The time for each of us is running out and there is no time to waste. I pray for each of you, that you will make the right decision while there is still time.
In the blessed service of Jesus Christ,
Steps to salvation
My Son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye. Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.
My LORD, how great are thy mercies, how manifest are thy ways. Praises be to you my God, creator of heaven and earth, giver of life, truth and knowledge. Blessed be thy name forever and ever, through all eternity shall ye reign. Great is thy wisdom and perfect are thy ways. Have patience with us sinners, be ye understanding of our faults and shortcomings. Blot us not from thy book, strike us not from thy sight. Let your spirit guide and lead us out of our covenant with death. Make our paths straight O LORD, and let us not go into temptation. Purge all remnants of evil from our hearts, and help us to do good in your sight. Blessed be thy name forever. Amen.
There is a sore evil which I have seen under the sun, namely, riches kept for the owners thereof to their hurt. But those riches perish by evil travail: and he begetteth a son, and there is nothing in his hand. As he came forth of his mother’s womb, naked shall he return to go as he came, and shall take nothing of his labour, which he may carry away in his hand. And this also is a sore evil, that in all points as he came, so shall he go: and what profit hath he that hath laboured for the wind? All his days also he eateth in darkness, and he hath much sorrow and wrath with his sickness. Behold that which I have seen: it is good and comely for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labour that he taketh under the sun all the days of his life, which God giveth him: for it is his portion. Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.

The day of the Lord will come But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
2 Peter 3:10-13
Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place. Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, are these. For if ye thoroughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye thoroughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbor; If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place; neither walk after other gods to your hurt: Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever, Behold, ye trust in lying words, that cannot profit.
Are you trusting fully in the LORD and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ? Are you heeding His words, His commandments and statutes? Are you growing in grace, knowledge and truth? If not, then you are trusting in lying words.God will overlook our sins and transgressions if we are actively trusting in Him, repenting of our sins, and doing our best to live according to His word. Many of our leaders often use words such as, “And may God bless ___________.” Are they living by every word of God? No. Is the nation living according to the word of God? No. Then if you believe them, you personally are trusting in lying words. The Bible defines a liar as any person who does not trust in Jesus and keep His commandments – 1 John 2:3-4. In whom are you trusting today?
And it shall come to pass, when ye shall say, Wherefore doeth the LORD our God all these things unto us? then shalt thou answer them, Like as ye have forsaken me, and served strange gods in your land, so shall ye serve strangers in a land that is not yours. Declare this in the house of Jacob, and publish it in Judah, saying, Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not, which have ears, and hear not: Fear not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it.
Although these words were first given to Jeremiah by the LORD as a warning of their upcoming captivity in Babylon, so they also ring true in our day. Because of our collective sins, disobedience and wickedness, the LORD is bringing about our own captivity and oppression. No, we will not be carried off the foreign lands, rather the laws of foreign powers shall supersede our own, our peoples will be put in prison (or worse) for their faith and obedience to Jesus Christ. Persecutions are upon us and will only get worse, much worse. The freedom to practice Christianity and enact upon our beliefs is now being taken away, and today is an extremely dangerous time for Christians desiring to hold fast to the Truth. I am greatly struggling with these issues, and to say that I am somewhat fearful would certainly not be an overstatement. All we can do is to pray, study, and continue the work God has set before each of us, and remain faithful to the end the best we can.
Have a blessed day because of our faith and hope in Jesus Christ,
Thank you LORD for the monies received this week from my labours. Blessings to all of your children wherever they are, because the call of your voice was heard and a response given. I love you LORD with all my heart and soul; your great love and mercy is all I need day by day. Your acceptance is what I seek through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. To be honest LORD, the sins and evil of this world are a fright unto me. Do not leave me O LORD, for I cannot face this evil without you. O what an evil and wicked people we are; all have forsaken you and wandered astray. All have turned to their own sin, there is none that doeth right in your eyes. We are perishing off this Earth, but your children cling to the promise of hope, made possible through Jesus Christ. I cling to this promise my LORD, and shalt not let it go. Blessings be heaped upon you in infinite abundance; let your people praise your name day and night forever.
The wicked know not that they have made a covenant with death, and that destruction and misery lies before them. Our sins are multiplied, our strength is fading, but hope endures. We have hope in the name of Jesus, a name to be praised above all others, because He loved us so. How much shall be the cost O LORD? How much suffering shall we endure? Very much, I fear, for our sins are great, our faith weak, and your just wrath unsatisfied. O LORD, what a dark day it will be when the heavens fall, and the mountains are moved. Am I to live to see this day? Will you ask for my life? I will stand for thee, my LORD and KING; but my flesh fears greatly. Lend me your strength, sufficient that I may stand form and not faint due to fear. I care not for this world; I hate my sin and the evil all about. One day O LORD, ye will once again renew the face of the earth, and all shall be made right. I pray you a good night my LORD, and thank you for this day from my heart.
